Do you provide all the décor?

Yes! Porch Pixies provides all décor used in the design. This allows us to create cohesive, professionally styled displays without requiring customers to purchase or store decorations.

Can you use decorations I already own?

Sure, in some cases we can incorporate some customer-owned pieces if they fit the design and are safe for outdoor use. However, most designs use Porch Pixies décor to ensure a cohesive look and reliable installation.

How long do displays stay up?

Most seasonal displays remain for 4–8 weeks, depending on the season and holiday schedule.

How long do decorations stay up for one-time events?

For one-time events such as birthdays, baby showers, or graduations, décor is typically installed 1–2 days before the event and removed shortly after. Specific timing will be discussed during booking.

Do you remove the decorations?

Yes! Scheduled takedown is included with most packages so your porch always looks fresh and seasonally appropriate.

What if décor is damaged by weather?

Outdoor décor is designed to withstand normal weather conditions. However, extreme weather events may require adjustments or early removal for safety.

What if décor items are damaged or missing?

All décor items remain the property of Porch Pixies. If items are damaged, removed, or missing beyond normal wear, replacement fees may apply.

How do you keep track of the décor items?

Each installation is documented to ensure all décor pieces are accounted for during both installation and scheduled removal.

Do I have to store the decorations?

No storage needed! Porch Pixies provides, installs, and removes all décor so you can enjoy the look without the clutter.

Do you offer custom themes?

Yes! Porch Pixies loves bringing creative ideas to life. Custom themes can be designed for special events or unique seasonal styles.

Will my display look exactly like the photo on your website or the picture I sent you?

Each porch design is customized to fit the home’s layout, size, and seasonal theme. While inspiration photos may be used during planning, every installation is unique and may vary based on available décor and design elements.

What do I need to prepare before installation?

We ask that the porch area be cleared of personal items, packages, or obstacles prior to installation so our team can safely and efficiently create your display.

What happens after the season or event ends?

Porch Pixies schedules a removal date when your display is installed. We return to carefully remove all décor items so your porch is ready for the next season.

Weather Policy

Outdoor décor is designed to withstand normal weather conditions, but extreme weather may require adjustments or removal for safety.

Lighting Policy

Lighting is limited to porch areas and included décor elements. Full home or roofline lighting is not included.

Customer-Owened Items Policy

While we may incorporate a limited number of customer-owned pieces, Porch Pixies is not responsible for damage to items that were not provided by Porch Pixies.

Payment Policy

A deposit may be required to reserve installation dates. Remaining balance is due prior to installation.
